DESCRIPTION:SPRINGDALE CHURCH MEDITATION WORKSHOP \nFACILITATED BY REVEREND –PATTI TOMCZYK \nPlease join us for a day of Meditation. \nThis workshop will be of interest to both anyone new to Meditation\, as well as those who want to go back to basics. Topics covered will include why Meditation is important within the Religion of Spiritualism\, for our individual spiritual journey as well as within the practice of spiritual healing and mediumship. \nThere will be opportunities to practice a few different types of Meditation and to discuss the benefits of each experience. \nAdopting the practice of daily Meditation will have a profound impact on your life. Regular Meditation increases our presence and ability to focus within all aspects of our lives\, increasing effectiveness in all that we do. \nPlease consider joining us for an opportunity to build our understanding and lay a solid foundation for personal spiritual development. \nThis workshop is a promotional price of $75.00\, regularly $120.00. Payment by e-transfer or cash. Lunch is included. \nPlease advise us of any dietary restrictions when you register. \nQuestions?
